The largest hitherto number of NOME (718 MWh/h) was auctioned yesterday and prices from the reserve price of 32.05 EUR/MWh, after the end, 13 hours later, climbed to the highest levels so far; 45,2 EUR/MWh. Yesterday was the first auction in which RAE restricted the traders to 30% of the amount they demanded in the domestic market, with the consequent penalty of exclusion from the next auction, should they not follow the directive.
