The first method concerns your billing program (e.g. Elpedison’s “Energy Family Night” program), or alternatively by checking the meter’s display panel in your clearance bill. The meter, which records 2 consumption zones, works with two counters. The one with the M mark is for the Reduced Bill (Night) and the second with the K mark is for the regular bill (Day). Zone change can be checked depending on the date, the hours when the start and pause of the counters changes respectively.
If you are a tenant of the property, you will need the consent of the owner. in any event, you can contact the relevant DEDDIE office that serves your area, having with you an electricity bill, your ID and TIN certificate. Your participation in the replacement cost of a meter amounts to € 34 plus VAT.
